Method
- Dry: Pat cauliflower florets until bone-dry.
- Coat: Toss florets with oil, then spices, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Whisk: Mix sauce ingredients while cauliflower fries.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot with the dip.
Notes
- To make this Vegan, ensure the honey is swapped for agave or maple syrup and use a dairy-free yogurt base.
- For the best texture, do not use frozen cauliflower as it retains too much moisture for air frying.
