Air-Fried Cauliflower

A crispy, golden-brown Mediterranean snack made with fresh cauliflower florets, heart-healthy olive oil, and a blend of smoked paprika and garlic. Served with a tangy, spicy yogurt-based dipping sauce, it’s the perfect low-carb alternative to traditional fried appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs or Almond Flour
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt or Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. Dry: Pat cauliflower florets until bone-dry.
  2. Coat: Toss florets with oil, then spices, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry: Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Whisk: Mix sauce ingredients while cauliflower fries.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot with the dip.

Notes

  • To make this Vegan, ensure the honey is swapped for agave or maple syrup and use a dairy-free yogurt base.
  • For the best texture, do not use frozen cauliflower as it retains too much moisture for air frying.
