Crispy Lemon Herb Air Fryer Cod

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Cod fillets approx. 6oz each
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prep: Pat the cod fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy exterior.
  2. Season: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat: Brush this mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
  4. Arrange: Place the seasoned fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overlap).
  5. Air Fry: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes. The fish is done when golden brown and internal temperature is 145°F.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Thaw frozen fish completely before starting.
  • Use a spray of oil on the basket to prevent sticking.
