Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings split
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 1 tsp Salt & 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4-6 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 1 large Lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp Honey optional
  • Fresh parsley and rosemary for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat wings dry and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and dry seasonings.
  3. Bake on a wire rack for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in remaining olive oil for 1 minute; stir in lemon juice, zest, and honey.
  5. Toss wings in sauce and garnish with herbs.

Notes

For maximum crispiness, ensure the wings are completely dry before seasoning. Use a wire rack when baking in the oven to allow for 360-degree airflow.
