Ingredients
Method
- Make the Yogurt Sauce: Whisk the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in the garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Warm the Bread: Lightly toast or warm your flatbreads in a dry skillet or under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until soft and pliable.
- Assemble: Slather a generous layer of garlic yogurt sauce onto each warm flatbread. Top with the warm spiced beef. Layer on the sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and red onions. Finish by sprinkling crumbled feta cheese and fresh chopped parsley over the top. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Keep ingredients separated if preparing for meal prep or leftovers to prevent flatbread from getting soggy.
