- Prep: Pat steak and shrimp dry. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear Steak: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2 mins per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Shrimp: Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter to the pan. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add shrimp. Cook 1.5 mins per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Veggies: Add remaining oil. Sauté onions, peppers, and tomatoes for 3–5 minutes until softened.
- Finish: Return meat to the pan. Add remaining butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Toss for 30 seconds and serve hot.
Notes
1. Steak Choice: For the most tender results, use Ribeye or Top Sirloin.
2. Prep is Key: Have all vegetables chopped and proteins patted dry before turning on the heat; the cooking process moves very fast.
3. Variations: For a spicy kick, add an extra teaspoon of red pepper flakes during Step 3.
