- Whisk Sauce: Combine honey, lemon, tamari, mustard, paprika, garlic, and ginger. Mix arrowroot into broth and add to sauce.
- Steam Broccoli: Sauté broccoli in 1 tbsp oil with water for 2 mins. Remove.
- Sear Chicken: Cook chicken in remaining oil for 5–7 mins.
- Glaze: Return broccoli to pan, add sauce, and stir until thick (1–2 mins).
- Serve: Garnish and enjoy!
Notes
- Swap Tamari for Coconut Aminos for a soy-free version.
- Ensure the pan is very hot before adding chicken to get a golden sear.
- Serve over quinoa or brown rice to soak up the extra sauce.
