Fill: Scatter spinach, feta, olives, red peppers, and artichoke hearts across the dough.
Roll & Chill: Roll tightly from the long edge. Place the log in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
Slice: Use a sharp knife to cut into ¾-inch rounds.
Bake: Place on the tray, brush with egg wash and olive oil. Bake for 15-18 minutes until deep golden brown.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
