- Prepare: Ensure your banana is fully frozen. Slicing it before freezing makes blending much easier.
- Blend: Add the frozen strawberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and monk fruit to a blender or food processor.
- Process: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and resembles soft-serve ice cream. Scrape the sides as needed. If too thick, add 1 tbsp of water.
- Serve: For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately in chilled bowls.
- Freeze: For firm scoops, transfer to a container and freeze for 30–60 minutes. Garnish with fresh berries.
Notes
For a truly "Zero-Point" experience on certain weight loss plans, ensure the Greek yogurt is strictly fat-free and unsweetened. If the mixture is too hard after storing in the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping.
