Ingredients
  

  • 2 –4 slices rustic bread
  • 200 g shrimp peeled/deveined
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Toast bread slices for 2 mins per side.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil; add shrimp, oregano, lemon, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 mins.
  4. Spread ricotta on bread, top with shrimp and shredded cheeses.
  5. Bake for 5–8 mins until golden. Garnish with parsley.
