  • 4 Ripe Peaches halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 pint Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mediterranean Granola oats, nuts, seeds
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt optional

Method

  1. Preheat: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Oil: Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Grill: Place peaches cut-side down for 4–5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Glaze: Flip the peaches. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill for 2–3 more minutes.
  5. Assemble: Place warm peaches in bowls, top with a scoop of ice cream.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle with granola and sea salt. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Selection: For the best results, use "freestone" peaches; the pits pop out much easier than "clingstone" varieties.
  • For a lighter alternative, try swapping the ice cream for a dollop of thick yogurt from our Greek Yogurt Bowl recipe.
  • This makes a fantastic follow-up to a savory Grilled Halloumi appetizer.
  • If you love honey-based treats, don't miss our Authentic Mediterranean Baklava.
  • Pro Tip: If you don't have granola, toasted crushed pistachios or walnuts provide a similar Mediterranean crunch.
