Ingredients
Method
- Preheat: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Oil: Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil.
- Grill: Place peaches cut-side down for 4–5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Glaze: Flip the peaches. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill for 2–3 more minutes.
- Assemble: Place warm peaches in bowls, top with a scoop of ice cream.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with granola and sea salt. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Selection: For the best results, use "freestone" peaches; the pits pop out much easier than "clingstone" varieties.
- For a lighter alternative, try swapping the ice cream for a dollop of thick yogurt from our Greek Yogurt Bowl recipe.
- This makes a fantastic follow-up to a savory Grilled Halloumi appetizer.
- If you love honey-based treats, don't miss our Authentic Mediterranean Baklava.
- Pro Tip: If you don't have granola, toasted crushed pistachios or walnuts provide a similar Mediterranean crunch.
